ASOP Global Names ASHP’s Schulte Wall to
Board of Directors
WASHINGTON, DC (March 5, 2020) – The Alliance for Safe Online Pharmacies (ASOP Global) has named Jillanne Schulte Wall, J.D. to its board of directors.
Ms. Wall currently serves as the Senior Director for Health & Regulatory Affairs for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). In her role, she works closely with stakeholders in pharmacy, medicine, manufacturing and patient advocacy on issues of importance to hospital pharmacists with the ultimate goals of promoting.
“On behalf of our more than 50,000 pharmacist, student and technician members, I’m thrilled to be joining ASOP Global in promotion of improved medication use and patient health and safety efforts,” said Wall. “ASOP Global’s work is more important than ever given the ongoing discussions pertaining to drug supply chain security and the ongoing threat posed by illegal online drug sellers targeting U.S. consumers.”

The ASOP Global Board of Directors comprises a diverse group of leaders with experience in healthcare, government, advocacy and industry. The board provides strategic direction for all of the nonprofit’s activities.
